Check in time: Adhere strictly to times (e.g., 1 PM check-in, 11 AM check-out) to allow for cleaning. Extending a villa stay requires immediate communication with the property host to check availability, as extensions depend on vacancy.Only registered guests are allowed. Extra guests often require prior approval at additional cost perhead. DAMAGE DEPOSIT:Damage deposit Rs.3000/-Paid cash before check in.Report damage immediately. Guests are responsible for breakage cost.The guests shall be liable for losses or damages caused by them, their pets, their employees, other assistants or event participants with respect to the guest house Property and assets. The guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement and all Food bills are settled prior check out.

Cancellation policy: No refund for cancellation of the booking. Any add on charges are non refundable.. Any commercial activity is not permitted. Any illegal activity and use of narcotics, drugs is strictly not permitted.

Additional cost : apply for kitchen usage Rs.500/- per day.

Quiet Hours: Noise must be kept to a minimum, typically between 11 PM and 8 AM, to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Pets: Allowed only if pre-approved during booking.
